Connected Devices (IoT)

Connecting the world

The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to the network which connects physical devices to each other and to the web. This is made possible by embedding these connected devices with software, sensors, electronics, connectivity, etc., all of which make it possible for them to connect and exchange data.

IoT also aims to extend internet connectivity to more traditional devices and everyday objects. Simple appliances such as ovens, washing machines, and central heating systems will vastly change in the coming decades.

Our partners see this emerging trend of connected devices as an opportunity to improve how their business operates, to create better products and services, or to enter new markets.
